Nitrofurantoin - I have a tooth infection can I take this drug?

I don´t think Nitrofurantoin will help.

Nitrofurantoin is used in the treatment of urinary tract infection; prevention of bladder infection; bladder infection and belongs to the drug class urinary anti-infectives.

Something more like Amoxicillin which among other uses is used in the treatment of dental abscess.
