I had the Nexplanon implant inserted in February and ever since I have been experiencing very swollen lymph nodes in my neck and feeling symptoms such as tiredness, excessive sweating, general feelings of illness, sore throats, severe bouts of tonsillitis (so severe i was hospitalised). It has just twigged that maybe it is being caused by this Nexplanon implant?

No, the implant itself shouldn't cause that, but if you have any swelling or redness/heat in the area., you could have an infection around it. The other thing is it could have nothing to do with the implant but your tonsils instead. Once you get bacteria in them, it can be hard to get rid of it.
