Nature’s bounty hair, skin and nails contain large doses of biotin. High dose of biotin may cause skin rashes. You should take with caution.

Biotin is known as vitamin b-7, just in case if your curious. The body only needs 35-70 mcg but Nature’s body has over 6000 mcg. I’ll suggest you to stop taking it.
