I bought Monistat 7 and this is my 3rd night. My second night was fine but tonight it gave me unbearable lower stomach cramps. It hurts to push. Is this normal?

One of the side-effects reported for Monistat 7 Vaginal Cream is abdominal cramping. This is normal. However, if this abdominal cramping progressed to abdominal pain, as written on its package insert, you should consult with your doctor. She will be able to assess the cause and if there is another underlying condition causing it.
