I used Monistat-1 earlier today. I know you are suppose to use it before bed but I did not think?

No you don't attempt to wash it out of you. Since it all ran out of you because you didn't use it correctly that shouldn't be a problem. I wouldn't count on it working since it has to be there to fight the yeast. You can have sex just use a condom.
