Misoprostol or Cytotec doesnt always work. In fact it only works about 40% of the time and once you use that poison, you MUST abort and will likely need to do so surgically because it really affects the fetus adversely causing nasty birth defects. More than likely, you are going have to find a Dr who does surgical abortions or go to a clinic that does abortions. Cytotec should NEVER be used for abortions. It is NOT a good way to abort especially without medical supervision! I am not sure where your friend got the black coffee and sugar idea but that isnt going to work! In fact, you are probably lucky that the cytotec hasnt worked! It is not an easy thing to abort like this and it is highly dangerous. It isnt just like you're taking a Pill and everything goes away! It can be painful and bloody. In fact, an unsupervised woman can bleed to death trying to abort at home. Your best bet now is to contact the local clinic that does abortions surgically. If you are not ready for a baby, you need to be using birth control!! After your abortion, see about getting nexplanon or and IUD placed if you dont want to have to take a birth control pill daily.
