My IUD is expired and has been for over a year. My next appointment for my new one isn’t until the end of the month. The last few days i have had very bad stomach pains / cramping and some bleeding not heavy just very light pink. Is this normal?

Yes, the falling level of hormone can cause bleeding & other hormonal symptoms. It also means you won't have protection against pregnancy.
