1st day of pack and having chills and sweats. Why? And should I be concerned. I’ve only took 4 pills of 6. Should I discontinue?

These side effects have been reported to the FDA but the frequency is not known. The important thing is that there are no warnings that this is dangerous.
I would just continue the medication but you might want to check with your doctor to be sure.
