Methadone making me sleepy?

yes i was accualy trying to find someone who may know i remedy to get more energy im on 130 mg disk and have been on methadone for 12 years i wish it did make you not so tired but i ve found that at any mg you will nod off but if you stay moving around its not as bad but if your already tired and laying around your gonna nod off, try to avoid eating alot of sweets and heavy food wich you will begin to crave drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep, and there are vitamins just for methadone patients called vitadone google them or ask your counsler some may tell you there just waste of money but no they do work i hope this helps someone god bless im never on here but i will try to check from time to time if there are any more questions

well I just so happen to know how you feel I was on 80 mg 3 times a day plus another 20 mg ok. I can count 100 mg of oxycontin and 1-2 10 mgs of oxycodone avery 6 hrs and 6 5 mg of vallum and am still on the vallum.other than that I was allergic to the fentynal patch and it makes me mad cos that happened to work great 75 micrograms every 24 hrs however I was highly allergic to it even trying it with the flonase they told me to try
It. I also became a tad sleepy when I started on it however by the time The dr finally took me off I had welts everywhere and put me on ms contin and to me its garbage so back to the drawing booard good luck to you as well maybe its the lolipos that are causing you to be so tired also
