If so, have all forms been discontinued or only certain strengths? My pharmacy has indicated that once their current supply is exhausted there will be no more Metadate CD available.
Has Metadate CD been discontinued, as well as its generic equivalent?

Short answer: the brand name has been discontinued. Generics are available. I just started on it. The manufacturer I got is from Lannett.
