Meloxicam - I am allergic to aspirin, which means I can not take ibproufon, aleve, advil etc... Can?

Also aspirin isn't in ibuprofen (both Advil and Aleve contain ibuprofen). There is risk of allergic reaction to them after one with aspirin, but sometimes it's really the binding agents in the medicine and not the medicine itself people may be allergic to and there are many new NSAID options now. It's worth checking with your doctor.
Like all NSAIDs you need to tell your doctor before taking but they may weigh the symptoms and still have you take it. To be clear, NSAIDs don't contain aspirin per se, but contents commonly found in aspirin that have been shown to have the potential for a similar reaction.
