Dissolving it in water is not recommended. I have heard of people letting it begin to dissolve on the tongue. You could place it ON your tongue and let it begin to PARTIALLY DISSOLVE but not completely dissolve before drinking a full glass of water to help get it down. You can also discuss this method (or others) with your pharmacist or your doctor. I am almost 99.99% certain that dissolving it in water lowers the strength and efficacy. It isn't meant to be crushed or chewed either but swallowed whole. If you cannot take it any other way, you need to have a discussion with your doctor. Your doctor may make a change for you.
