I recentlly started taking meclizine and my dizziness is getting worse. My blood pressure has been really low the last couple of times it has been checked (70/52).
Can meclizine lower my blood pressure?

Are you on any other meds it could be interacting with? Meclizine alone doesn't have the side effect of dizziness. You need to get in to your dr asap with a bp like that.
Call your Doctor and lit him or her know what's going on.
