I am taking 10 mg of prednisone & 100 mg of azathioprine daily & my numbers are still high.

There is no maximum dosage listed in the literature but the standard dose is usually 1.0 to 1.5 mg/kg/day. (1kg = 2.2 pounds).
Remember that liver enzyme levels may require several months or longer to return to the reference range values.
