husband given a sample by surgeon. Don't know if it will last until next appt. twice a day one drop in one eye. Started last wed. And has appointment in one week. Don' want to get more if not needed. Can you help?

This is not something they really want us to know. I have looked everywhere, even dug out a bottle of sample eye drops I should have pitched anyway, and there is nothing on the bottle or box about drops. You're best bet would be to call your pharmacist. He should know how many are in the bigger bottle and be able to figure it out for you.
