Is there any way to make my own synthroid ?

I would simply like to reiterate the question. I know there is a way to make a substitute for levothyroxine. I read about it around a year ago. Anyone know or best references? That is my only health issue and I am sick of relying on the medical establishment, especially with covid. I know my issue, I would simply like to be in control of it? Without being required for dr appointments for refills. Any good references that I can research I would love. Thank you

There are multiple thyroid medications if one has shortage. There is no way you can do it at home. You'd never get the correct dose, nor have the equipment to do it. It is a synthesized medication. There isn't a plant to substitute. About all you can do for a disaster is make sure you keep a few weeks at home. If we have one that lasts longer then that it will be bad and we'll die, lol.
The dose of thyroid medication is so tight there is no way you could get it right.
