I'm prescribed 90mg daily; thanks to a built up tolerance over 10 years.
Just to add; I take them in 30mg pills, three a day.
I don't want to come off as a jackass, but Adderall comes in both IR and ER up to 30mg tablets and capsules, respectively. Dosage is set by the doctor, and no, over 30mg is not recreational usage, I am going back on Adderall after a while on Dextrostat, and I'll be taking 90mg per day, and that is after blood tests and a third opinion just to suffice my doctor. Please don't hesitate to ask more questions, this is a great way to learn, I learn a lot, especially when corrected by another person, so please correct me if you know more.
I was pointing out that dosages above 30mg; e.g. 60mg multiple times a day are on the boundary of recreational use and people complain of side effects consistent with that. Small doses can be absolutely fantastic; I can think of one person who questioned wether he should stop after 20 years taking 2 x 20mg without change (No, he shouldn't stop). 90mg/day does not alarm me in long term use. 120mg does.
No. They only go up to 30mg; much beyond this and you are entering recreational use levels.
