My dermatologist had me try the Otezla trial pack for atopic eczema. After a couple of weeks mucking was healing, but after a few more weeks my face started over drying and peeling. Is there a way to get (or build up to) a lower dose that may help me, but not be too much that would cause peeling ? I feel that the 30 mg (2x/day) may be too strong for me. Maybe I need only a 10 or 20 mg dose, once or twice per day. Is it possible get a lower dose for the maintenance dose ? Thank you.
Can I get a lower maintenance dose of Otezla than 30 mg ?
