... any problems? The bottle said not to chew or swallow which I didn'the see until after I took it
I took a lorazepam and swallowed it instead of letting it dissolve under my tongue will that cause?

It won't cause problems but it is also like not to work any where near as well as it is supposed to. Let it dissolve under your tongue, try not to swallow excessively and don't rinse your mouth immediately after. They are designed to go directly to your bloodstream via the mucous membranes in your mouth.
