Lorazepam side effects long term for 1mg, any downsides? I have bad insomnia.

Hi Aquarius 11 You have to be careful with Benzodiazepines . I was on for eight years and still suffer withdrawals after stopping 4 years ago . If you are to take as needed , i found did not work . I took Lorazepam every evening for sleep and anxiety and had to increase as time went on . This is the way Benzos are . They were meant to be used for a short time . I found out all of these problems after the fact , that i trusted my doctor. Be very careful and talk to your doctor or pharmacist . Everybody is different on the way medications work . As long as you don`t raise the dose and take it more than 2 or 3 times a week
