I took 20mg of paxil last night..My prescription has been misplaced. How long will last nights dose stay in my system necause I can't get anymore until the morning missing tonights dose.

Hi - how are you? I am praying for you. Paxil stays in the system about 21 hours per a half-dose, therefore, a 20 MG will stay in your system for roughly 48 hours. You will be OK :-)
