I am aware that it has a half life of 150 days. And 300 days of a full life. I’m still waiting to meet my doctor. I’ve just been on it for 2 days now of 2.5 and then 6 mg. It gives me crazy drug induced ocd and at this point it will be 2 days before I meet with him. I’m on a deferral to university.. if I still have ocd for 10 months because of 4 days of 6 mg of a dosage then I can’t do homework so I was just looking for an awnser before I even go and meet him. I cannot contact him at this point but he awkknowlaged that it was drug induced. Please let me know how long that specific dosage would be in my system.

Hi Lidia you seem to be seriously confused, a half life of 150 days gives a time to elimination of 825 days (two and one third years). Paliperidone actually has a half life to elimination of 23 hours which gives a time to complete elimination of 126.5 hours or just about exactly 5 days. I have no idea where you heard 150 days as that is plain ridiculous. After two consecutive days you will have >90% of what you have taken in your system.
