I'm on my period and have a bladder infection along with a yeast infection. I applied Monistat 3 then took a shower 3 hours ago and it feels like the inside of my vagina is on fire.

This is not an uncommon issue, but you should not feel burning upon application. This may indicate that your infection is bacterial rather than fungal. If you can afford it, please go to a doctor and ask for a swab culture to confirm. Otherwise, there are also over-the-counter creams for bacterial infections that you can try.
