How long should 90 pills last you if you are taking 3 times a day?

30 days. If you are taking 3 times a day, 90 divided by 3 is 30, so it is a 30 day supply. Generally in Pain Management, they will give you a 30 day supply. Sometimes they may give less than 30 days but rarely more than 30 days.

They will not refill until day 30 which should be the day before you run out.

30 days. Divide the number of pills by the number of times a day you take it.
