How long does 50mg of tramadol stay in your system?

Had a lot of pain in stomach, so took a 50 mg tramodol. Need to know how long it stays in your system.

Depends how long you have taken tramadol. Usually it's 4 to 7 days, I know it took me a week from my last dose to get off of it. Gives you really bad runs if you take more than a couple weeks.

I recently had a change in medication, and had to be sure Tramadol was totally out of my system. I had daily urine tests and it took 4 days before there was no trace of it left. I don't know if this would be the same if just a one off capsule was taken?
