Can Lexapro stop working temporarily? I have been on Lexapro since early September last year.

I am providing the same answer this question that I usually do.
When you experience an episode like the one you describe, call your PsyDoc.
He/she may want to adjust your dosage, switch you to a different med, or add a second med to be taken in conjunction with Lexapro.
