Appetite decreased is considered a common side effect affecting 1% to 10% of people being treated with this Benzodiazepine.
I have been on Klonopin for over 20 years, I have not gained any weight, bare in mind everyone reacts differently to medications.

Thank you much for the information! And answering my question. This is very helpful. I have been on klonopin since January. Just notice weight gain in the last 3 months. I think it is related to my depression.
