I take Janumet 2x daily 50/1000...it is expensive. What generic combinations might work?

If you want to save money, try to stay away from combo meds. I'd check with the pharmacy and see how much januvia and metformin would be if you took two pills instead of one. Then talk to your dr. Also merck has a patient assistance program, have you checked it out?
