You need to go to the pharmacy and ask for emergency contraception pill and they will be able to offer you which brands they have available. The active ingredient in Plan B is levonorgestrel (2 pills 0.75 mg, the pills taken 12 hours apart), or Plan B One-Step is levonorgestrel (1.5mg, one pill taken at once).
It's sold under the name Cerciora-t (Levonorgestrel, 2 pills, 0.75mg ea). YZA on Juarez will have it and it costs around 100 pesos.
