Is it ok to cut a nuvigil tablet in half?

I take Nuvigil and can find nothing in the literature that says do not crush, chew or spilt the pill. In fact, it should say something about it on the bottle if you are not suppose to do this and it doesn't. It would be best to double check with the pharmacist.

Don't think so that you are supposed to cut the pill in half. I would talk to the doc who prescribed the med before breaking the tab/pill into half. Perhaps you could lower the dose & take a 50mg pill, but please do consult your doc.
