I would need a bit more information:
How long have u taken the Xanax? Did it work any faster or longer at one time?
Do u have added stress right now?
Why exactly do u feel u need it to work faster and longer? I can definitely answer your questions with this added information dear.
Please no alcohol with benzos! Like other comments try decaf tea & or coffee. Xanax is very short acting (stays with me only for 4hrs. maximum). It gets the anxiety under control quickly for me! Have you tried diazepam? It stays in your system longer. I have it but like the Xanax better!
Sorry to say but nothing will make Xanax work faster. It's the fastest acting benzodiazepam. If your not satisfied with Xanax you may want to ask your MD about it. Ativan comes in 1-2 mg it may work slightly faster. They are kind of the same but
Xanax is the fastest.
A cup of tea/coffee or a hot drink!
Drinking something hot??? mixing coffee which is an stimulant with a benzodiazepine, coffee makes most of the folks anxious, and with xanax one does not want to be anxious.
Is this your personal experience or do you have scientific data to back up your "theory"?
Agreed... mixing a stimulant with a sedative? Doesn't seem plausible.
It works great for me but not everyone is the same, as the person asked a question I’ll leave an answer there is such “Decaffeinated” tea & coffee!!!
And for “tea” try chamomile tea...
Sorry. Your first comment wasn't very specific.
Which “decaffeinated” Tea/coffee is a non “Stimulant”!!!
