In most people common side effects tend to subside within a week to 10 days, this is not your case as many of the meds you take, insomnia is a common side effect.
You are taking a sedative-hypnotic (Zolpidem) and apparently the dose does not help you get a good night´s rest.
I suggest you speak to your Dr. for a dose adjustment for Zolpidem.
Appreciate the information regarding insomnia and the medication I am taking. Are you suggesting the dose of zolpidem be increased? I have tried taking 10 mg, but it leaves me with a bit of a hangover the next day and find that 7.5 mg works best on most nights. Curious how you know how zolpidem affects my sleep? Admittedly, it has been somewhat inconsistent in its effectiveness. I would love to do without any sleep medication, but as my primary care provider has stated, sleep deprivation is not good for you either which leaves me between a rock and a hard place!
