I'm suppossed to get my tubes tied next week. Can I still take this medicine through all that or should I quit taking Chantix now and start back up later?
I started taking Chantix yesterday & have surgery next week, can I still take Chantix?

I have not seen any contraindications for surgery or anesthesia while taking this medicine but you need to let your surgeon know now that you are taking this medication and ask him if you need to stop the medication prior to surgery. I would contact him about this as soon as possible as your surgery is only a week away and if he does want you to stop this will give you time to quit and have the drug out of your system before surgery so they dont have to postpone the surgery.
