Well I can relate with constant constipation, but you are really going to hurt yourself with your current ritual. Get some mira lax, even genaric is good. Mira lax was a life saver for me "really". MIra lax, Get it, Use it, Your life and bathroom habits will straighten out. ducolax is not the way two go, dehydration plus addiction to Them. Mira Lax is gental, no cramping or bloating. Acidophlis can also help with straightening out your stomach and colon try it! You'll be amased at the results. Good Luck boba54
