I found a pill, oval shape, pink-peach color with a P with a line underneath it . What is this ?

My son was playing in the driveway and he found the cellophane had a pill in it that's oval and you know in Long kind of and it has 018 slash underneath it what is it if you could tell me so I know what kind of pill this is so I can make sure my son's all right and if it's something serious about touching it that might hurt even hard for me if I need to take him to hospital so I'm asking you guys so I know I need to rush my son to the emergency room or not cuz he picked up what's playing with it and he thought it was candy and I was like no no boy give me that I couldn't believe there's a pill in my driveway one of my friends and family members must have had it all and it's probably their medicine cuz I'm not a druggie or none of that and anyway my son found was telling I know what the hell it is so I can cuss out whoever did it when I whoever dropped it out here when I figure it out
