How can you tell the difference between a real Xanax and a fake one?

Well, there are fentanyl test strips but I don't think they detect carfentanil or Xylazine. https://www.dea.gov/alert/dea-reports-widespread-threat-fentanyl-mixed-xylazine

Also I've read there will be small tells such as the name/numbers are not printed just right, or pills with chunks out if them--but then I have gotten that from a Iegit batch of pills from a legit pharmacy.
Personally, I would not mess with getting it illegally, it's just too dangerous these days.

If you *need Xanax, try to get in with a _psychiatrist_ or psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who takes your issues seriously. They should have no problem prescribing it if there are good reasons. If you can travel, try California because they have recently put into place a bill that basically says persons in pain SHALL be treated with narcotics if necessary, and I assume that extends to anti-anxiety and sedative/muscle relaxants. You may have to get dual state citizenships if you don't live there.

If you're able, maybe medical tourism to Mexico or somewhere, but read up on that on travelocity, etc. first. Could be jumping from the frying pan to the fire if not done correctly. I've read some interesting stories on travelocity.

If you really need an anti-anxiety drug try to get a legit Rx from a caregiver who is close to you. Telemedicine is a thing now too, so maybe look around there.
