I suggest you contact your Dr. and inform him/her of what you have decided and let your Dr. work out a discontinuation schedule that is safe for you. Do not attempt to do this on your own and only follow professional medical guidance. Stopping this anticonvulsant abruptly is dangerous because it may cause increased seizures.
