i just wanted to be more concerns those drugs that has been already expired. are they still okay to take those drugs and how long it takes?

Manufacturers do not guarantee the quality or efficacy of medicines past the expiry date therefore it is best to discard it/them.
This answer is no answer at all, since all it does is shift some responsibility to another unknown entity with complex motives including the increase of waste to sell more product. Then the use of the word "discard" is trotted out as though it were non-controversial. Expiration dates are an artificial device for increasing waste that often have no basis in scientific fact.
