When I took a urine test for a potential job I had already taken half of a hydrocodone pill for a back ailment and I am worried that this may affect my urine test in a negative way. I had taken the pill forty five minutes before I took the test.

its very likely to pop but if this was prescribed you can not be denied employment on the basis of the drug test. (this is with the assumption you still have the bottle.)
