I hope you are healing well from your surgery. If the bruising is turning yellow it should go away soon. If you wrap a warm compress on it it will bring back some blood circulation and bring the bruising to the surface faster and therefore making it go away faster. It can tend to looke bigger sometimes just before going away so don't panic o.k. Warm compresses can help if it is uncomfortable as well especially were it is on the wrist. It depends on the severity of the bruise. Usually they will dissappate by 3-4 weeks. You can wrap the area with a warm compress if it is uncomfortable.
