I've been taking Passion Flower Extract, 700 mg, capsule form for just over a month. I'd like to switch to something different. How long does Passion Flower, or any herbal supplement, stay in your system after stopping?
How long does it take for an herbal supplement to be out of your system?

I guess I am asking how long I need to wait when going from the herb Passion Flower to a prescription for Zoloft? While the Passion Flower did work for me, and I would recommend it for general mild anxiety, I know for me right now I need to be on something a bit stronger.

most herbs are water solubal so it means at most 30 days ... depending your age weight and consumption of the herb.
Yes i think vincent is right, you should check with your local drug store or health shop get some professional advice.
Best of luck to you with it
Take care
Best advice I can give you,go to your health store and ask or even you drugstore and they should be able to tell you. I know you even have to be careful with herbal supplements. I think when you take anything you have to be careful. The way I look at it, this is you body and if not sure about anything ask questions. Hope this helped
