Any harmful side effects or does the potency of the Lidex simply diminish?
How long can it be used safely after the expiration date?

It's really hard to say how long Lidex will work from it's expiry date. Manufacturers do not guarantee the efficacy and quality of medicines past the expiry date.

slbs; I would not worry as much because it is a cream rather than a pill. I would not go beyond 6 months after the expiration date. At that point there really is no potency left in it. Especially if you leave it in the bathroom where steam for the shower and the faucet can get at it. Good Luck to you
