Three days should be enough time for the muscle to get healed. I had the flu vaccine and shingles vaccine same day, but not in the same arm. Took 3 days for the soreness to get worked out but since iIm 70, the flu shot made me feel terrible! This vaccine is the strongest I've ever had, but if you want to stay healthy take the shot!
