Interesting. I, too, am prescribed vitamin D as well as Dovato by the same provider. No doctor with my clinic has ever told me that they are contraindicated. I don't take my weekly 50,000 IU vitamin D capsule at any specific, regular time. Sometimes I take it several hours before Dovato, and at other times I have taken them together. My viral load is undetectable and CD4 is particularly good. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I am prescribed D2 whereas you are prescribed D3. Where did you get your information that these interact adversely? I can't find anything. That being said, I would say that if you are concerned, separate them by at least two hours.
