I won't until you talk to your doctor. How do you know it's lisinopril . Typically lisinopril will cause gasto intestinal issues for a couple of days until your body gets use to it. I think gas and diarrhea is preferable over a stroke/heart attack any day. High blood pressure isn't temporary due to stress. It may be due to stress but it's not temporary .
