I take AmLodipine 5mg everyday in the AM.My blood pressure is high for the last two days 148/82 plus 64. Would it be possible to take a pill at bedtime tonight. Thank you

Best to call your doctor she/he will decide if double Amlodipine or adding something else like lisinopril or losartan. Higher doses of Amlodipine can sometimes cause fluid build up in feet and ankles.
