Can I give my 13 yr old ibuprofen 600 mg?

Hello. My 10yr old has been prescribed Motrin 600 for bruised ribs he got sledding & he did fine with it. If your sons Dr prescribed this med for him it is safe for him to take it. Never give meds to your child that are not prescribed for them though.
