I took the pill for 2 days and the pain relief was amazing. Then I stopped for a few days due to high blood pressure from a conflicting medication. When I started again, Gabapentin did not offer any pain relief at all. What do I have to do to get the amazing relief back?

Same for me. I gained weight in it also, that is the MAIN reason I nixed it. I cannot stand drugs that cause weight gain. I lost 100 lbs in 2013-14 and kept it off and no way am I EVER taking any medications that cause this again

Did you restart at the same dose? There shouldn't be any reason for you not to have any affect.Regardless , I think you would be better off with Lyrica!
