... 3 times a day. I saw this was not the answer, I have dosed down to only 100mg a day. Usually around noon.I started taking 144mg of magnesium 2 hours around 8-9am and then again later in pm. I feel that has helped and if you look it up magnesium helps with anxiety. Right now i am at the final step of ending Gabapentin. Then what. will this be the end of Gabapentin memory problems. I am looking and reviewing Zoloft for future anxiety treatment it suppose to NOT affect memory.Any reviews on zoloft
