Can I take gabapentin and Lexapro together or do they interact?

Hi, Kasey!
There is a very slight risk of a condition called hyponatremia which means low sodium levels. If your doctor prescribed both these medications they may have determined that the benefit outweighs any risk... but don't take this combination without your doctor's knowledge.
